Who Helps Us
These service providers process data for us, only to provide their service:
- Vercel hosts the website and handles requests when you visit or book.
- Contabo hosts our booking database on servers in Europe.
- Cloudflare R2 stores the inspiration photos you upload.
- Brevo sends booking and contact emails.
- mNotify sends booking text messages (SMS) to Ghanaian numbers.
- PostHog stores our server error logs so we can fix problems. It does not run in your browser.
- Umami counts page visits without cookies. It runs on our web developer's own server, so visit data is not shared with an analytics company.
Some of them store data outside Ghana, for example in Europe or the United States. If you tap to open our map or message us on WhatsApp, Google or WhatsApp handle that under their own privacy policies.
How Long We Keep It
- Inspiration photos are deleted automatically 90 days after your appointment date.
- Booking and contact records are kept for as long as we need them for our business and accounting records.
How We Protect It
Bookings can only be viewed by our team through a password-protected admin area, and all data travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Your Rights
You can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your data when we no longer need it for business records
- Object to us using your data for a particular purpose
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email (details above) and we'll respond as quickly as we can. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies for staff sign-in, and our analytics are cookieless. Read our Cookie Policy.
